Are you really in the know about drugs, dares, and other dangerous teen trends? This session is designed to increase drug and alcohol awareness for all members of the school and Lytle community. Attendees will learn the latest teen alcohol and drug trends and will be amazed to see the different ways teens are hiding drugs for use. Participants will also learn about phone apps they need to be aware of and other potentially dangerous trends. We guarantee you’ll learn something new!

Primary launches Science Lab activities!

The Primary is SO excited about our new Science Lab! Mrs. Rios is doing an amazing job engaging our little ones!  They count down the days until it’s their Lab day! As we walk into her room all you can hear is comments like…”Oh I love this!” “This is the best day ever!” “I’m so glad it’s Friday!” “What are we going to do?”.  The best part is Mrs. Rios’ lessons tie in to what we are learning in class, so the kids are making connections everywhere!

Back to School campus registrations continue for all students

If you were not able to attend registration events last week, you will still need to register your children at their home campus from 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday.  Counselors will not be releasing HS and JH schedules or homeroom teacher’s names until each registration packet is complete.  All incoming 2nd, 6th , and 9th graders will need to provide new proof of residency (see list below).  If you have any questions, please call your child’s campus.  You can reach our counselors at 830-709-5100.

For all kids completely new to the district,  we ask for the following items:

State issued birth certificate

Social security card

Proof of residency

-light or water bill in your name

     -lease agreement

     -taxes

-affidavit if you are a family living with a family

Immunization

Valid driver's license - it should have your Lytle physical address on it

Any info you have from the last school would be helpful.

Divorce decree (if applicable)
